1. DATA CONTROLLER IDENTITY

2. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND PROTECTION POLICY

Nearport Hotel, as Data Controller, treats the security of your personal data with the utmost sensitivity. It is among our top priorities to process, record, transfer, share, and store all types of personal data of individuals associated with the Company—including guests—in compliance with KVKK. “Special categories” under KVKK Article 6 include data relating to health, biometrics, criminal records, etc. Such data is processed only:
